Just wanted to say Aloha and give everyone an update on the property. The rainy weather has kept us from doing a lot of work on the property but sure has made the grass and foliage grow and bloom. Lots of work to do as soon as the weather turns better. Actually the sun has started coming out today possibly because of the amazing full moon last night. If you have never experienced the moon rise out of the ocean it is absoulutly amazing. It was Hanks first experience and he was awestruck. The sky is dark then it starts to glow like fire then a giant ball of heaven explodes out of the sea. Too beautiful to describe. Plan your trip to us during a full moon to experience this amazing site of nature.
Wish I had an amazing camera to capture it all. Guess you will just have to visit...for the next one.
My good friend, Junko was visiting Oahu for work and came over to the Big Island to visit and was amazed at how beautiful it is and how relaxed she felt after only a few hours. She hopes to return with her whole family when the house is ready. It was so good to see her since we only see eachother every 5-6 years.
I will post some new photos soon including some of my new swim spot. Beautiful lagoons close to Hilo town. Tons of turtles and beautiful blue green water.
